Conditions of car rent
Order
The orders prove to be true only on class of cars, not on the certain model. However, we do all our best to satisfy the customer wishes.
The tariffs
The tariffs include maintenance service of the car, insurance of the responsibility before the third persons, but exclude the cost of fuel. The price per day is the price per 24 hours from the beginning of rent. If the real rent period exceed 24 hours more than for 59 minutes it will be considered as the next full rent day and must be paid overall cost per day. Ask about conditions for long-term rent, if you want to rent the automobile more cheaply for longer term.
The responsibility of Tenant
In case of damages or loss of the rented car or its parts, and in case of fire, glass damage or theft, Tenant carries the complete responsibility even at absence of fault. Tenant carries the complete responsibility for all his infringements during the period of a car rent.
Restriction of the responsibility at damages (CDW)
CDW is not the insurance, but restriction of the responsibility of Tenant in case of failure or other incident. In case of this service purchase, the border of Tenant responsibility for damage of the car (that belongs to «First renting company») will not exceed the fixed sum in 540 EUR (including VAT) for the basic groups of automobiles and 1000 EUR (including VAT) for groups «H», «I», «J», even in case of serious damage, except the cases, which overstep the bounds of the insurance contract (for example, crash in a drunk condition, in a condition of narcotic intoxication etc.)
Restriction of the responsibility at stealing (TP)
TP is not the insurance, but the restriction of Tenant responsibility in case of stealing of the car that belongs to «First renting company». In case of purchase of this service, the border of Tenant responsibility will not exceed the fixed sum in 540 EUR (including VAT) for automobiles of groups «À», «Â», «Ñ», «D», «Å», «F» and 1000 EUR (including VAT) for groups «H», «I», «J», «K», except the cases, which overstep the bounds of the insurance contract (for example, inactivity in order to prevent illegal taking of a car).
Equipment
During the winter period all cars will be equipped with special tyres for winter season.
Pledge
The pledge sum for the rent time is from 540 EUR up to 1000 EUR (including VAT). The given sum is fixed on a credit card of the client and comes back after ending the contract. The prepayment of full sum of services is made in case of the clearing settlement. The letter of guarantee on payment is given to a client. On a cash basis the sum of a pledge is paid to cash department of the renting company and returned after ending the contract.
Delivery
During working hours the delivery of cars within the limits of cities, where there are representations of the company, is carried out free-of-charge. During period from 18:00 till 9:00 and days-off the delivery of the car costs 20 EUR (including VAT). Cost of delivery of cars between cities of Ukraine covers additionally.
Age restriction
The age restriction is 24 years for driving cars of all groups.
The driver's certificate
Tenant should have the driver's certificate and the experience of driving not less than two years and valid passport. The driver's certificate should be valid for use in Ukraine.
The minimal term of rent
The minimal term of rent is 24 hours; the restrictions concerning the minimal mileage do not exist.
Rent with the driver
The services of the driver are given on demand. The payment is per hour.
Fuel
All rented cars are with a full tank of fuel. The car must be returned with a full tank of fuel. In other case Tenant pays 1.20 EUR for each missed liter of fuel.
The second driver
If the other person (not Tenant) drives the rented car it is necessary to show / give copies of driving license and passport of the person who will drive this car.
Departure abroad
The departure abroad Ukraine is interdicted.
The penalties
In a case of loss of the documents, keys or damages of tyres «First renting company» keeps the penalty at a rate of 200 EUR.
Attention!
You must phone to police obligatory in a case of:
– incident or damage of a vehicle;
– disabling the person;
– suspicion on stealing of a vehicle or theft of its parts.
It is necessary to inform Renter about any incident or damage of the car within 24 hours. Tenant immediately should declare to police any damage of a vehicle. |
